There is also a search facility, which gives a list of all items whose description contains the search-word (or part of a word) you supply. Online ordering: If you click on the
symbol next to any item, it will be
added to your virtual shopping basket, and by following the link to
"checkout"
you will be able to supply your address and credit card details (to
our secure ordering system). We will normally then be able to process
and ship the order during the next working day.
If any items you order are out of stock, we will advise you by email. Shipment within the UK generally takes 1 or 2 days, to the rest of Europe 2-3 days, to the US & Canada about 5 days and elsewhere about 7 days. Prices are given in UK pounds (£) but your credit card company will automatically debit you in your local currency. The costs we apply to cover postage and packing are calculated based on the weight of the goods ordered and which part of the world they are being shipped to; this results in fairer and generally cheaper charges to our customers.
